1. Product and study
What is Prepward?
Prepward is an independent English NCLEX preparation tool for internationally educated nurses. It combines onboarding, optional diagnostic practice, daily planning, question practice, reviewed rationales, and learning history in one account.
Who is it designed for?
It is designed for adult learners preparing for an English nursing examination. It can complement official candidate materials, a review course, an educator, and your own study plan. It is not a regulator, clinical record system, immigration service, employment service, or medical advice service.
How does the daily plan work?
You provide an intended exam date, available study time, and time zone. The learner experience uses those settings together with your question history and review activity to present a focused queue. The plan is a study aid and is not a guarantee of readiness or an official assessment.
Which question formats are supported?
Depending on the current release and published content, the question bank may include single-choice, multiple-response, numeric, matrix, and bow-tie interactions. Availability can change as content is reviewed and versioned.
Does Prepward guarantee that I will pass?
No. Questions, rationales, diagnostic results, readiness indicators, and progress views are educational practice tools. They do not predict or guarantee an NCLEX result. Use official sources for current examination and licensing requirements.
2. Accounts and platforms
How do I sign in?
The web learner experience supports an email one-time code and, where enabled, Google sign-in. Use an email address you control and never share a one-time code. The supported mobile app uses the account flow provided in the app.
Can I use the same account on web and mobile?
Yes, the intended experience is one learner account across supported web and mobile surfaces. Profile, plan, progress, and verified access can synchronise when the device is online and the account can be verified.
Why does my account look like a free account after I paid?
Access is linked to the account used at checkout or in the store purchase flow. First sign out and sign back in with the same email or identity used for the purchase. If the purchase still does not appear, contact Support with your account email, platform, approximate purchase time, and a non-sensitive transaction or order reference. Do not send card details or a one-time code.
Can I use more than one learner account?
The service is designed around one account per learner so that the plan, answer history, and access status remain together. Contact support before creating a second account or repeating a purchase if you used the wrong email.
3. Access and payments
What is free and what is paid?
The available features and limits depend on the current release and the access grant on your account. The learner app displays the current access state. A paid offer, when available, shows its price, currency, duration, and conditions before you confirm the purchase.
How are web purchases processed?
When web checkout is enabled, purchases are initiated through Stripe Checkout. Prepward changes access only after the server verifies the relevant payment event or checkout session. Stripe may process payment and personal information under its own terms and privacy notice.
How are mobile purchases processed?
Mobile purchases are initiated through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play flow. The store receipt or server event must be verified before access is activated. Store billing rules apply to the payment itself.
How do I request a refund?
Use the payment channel used for the purchase or contact support with your account email and transaction reference. See Refunds and access for the process and the effect a verified refund or chargeback can have on access. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by the website terms.
4. Privacy and deletion
What information does Prepward use?
The service uses account, authentication, study, access, device, security, and support information needed to operate the learner experience. The Privacy Policy explains the categories, purposes, service providers, retention, and choices in detail.
Can I enter patient information or real exam content?
No. Do not enter patient names, records, photographs, protected health information, confidential workplace material, real examination content, or anything you do not have permission to use. If you submitted something sensitive by mistake, contact privacy@barozelabs.com promptly without forwarding the sensitive material.
How do I delete my account?
Use the account deletion control in the authenticated learner app under Settings. Access is disabled when the request is accepted and the account is queued for completion within 30 days. Read Account deletion for the steps and limited retention exceptions.
What are cookies used for?
The web service uses necessary session cookies and browser storage needed for sign-in, security, and the study experience. Optional third-party flows, such as Google sign-in or Stripe Checkout, may set or access information under those providers' own policies. See Cookies and device storage.
5. Support and feedback
Where can I get help?
Visit Support for guided troubleshooting or email support@barozelabs.com. For privacy, GDPR, KVKK, access, or deletion requests, email privacy@barozelabs.com.
What should I include in a support message?
Include the account email, platform, browser or app version, the page or feature involved, approximate time, and a short description of what happened. If a payment is involved, include only a non-sensitive order, checkout, or transaction reference. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, security codes, or patient information.
How can I report a question or rationale?
Use the feedback control in the learner experience when available, or contact support with the question reference and a description of the issue. Do not copy confidential examination material into the report.
